The Operators’ Health Center is staffed and managed by the nation’s leading workplace health provider, Premise Health, following the most stringent clinical guidelines, quality controls and ongoing training practices in healthcare delivery today. The staff includes a dedicated physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurses, licensed practical nurse, phlebotomist and other skilled medical personnel. These professionals have been carefully screened by Premise Health and bring to MOE a team of qualiﬁed, caring professionals, with a strong preventive care philosophy, proven expertise and clinical excellence. Nasreen Ansari, MD is an experienced Board Certified Family Practitioner. Dr. Ansari holds a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and Doctorate of Medicine from Rush Medical College. Her medical training was completed at LaGrange Family Practice Residency Program, LaGrange, IL – where she remains on faculty.
Dr. Ansari began her career at Access Community Health Network where she remained for 14 years treating a range of Primary Care concerns including chronic disease management, pediatric care and women’s health. Having started here as a staff physician, she was quickly promoted to Lead Physician and Family Planning Director before departing to explore new opportunities in 2014. During this time she also explored opportunities as a locum tenens physician in Occupational Health at in LaGrange Medical Center (2011-2013).
Currently Nasreen is responsible for overseeing the clinical staff as Medical Director at Community Nurse Health Center in LaGrange where she is responsible for clinical care services as well as program/staff development.
Dr. Ansari states that she is excited to join Premise Health as Medical Leader in a role that she feels will provide a wide-array of challenges allowing her to utilize and expand on her current knowledge base.
Erica Hunter RN,BSN,CPN has over 15 years of clinical nursing experience and holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Chicago State University. She is also certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Her healthcare career began at Children’s Memorial/Lurie’s Children’s Hospital – where she developed leadership skills serving as a Charge Nurse for hospital based units and ambulatory care. After 12 years of dedication to the pediatric population, Erica went on to become Clinical Nurse Manager for Aunt Martha’s Youth Services where she was responsible for the opening of the Pediatric Health and Wellness Center.
Erica served as the Nursing Administrator for Friend Family Health where she was responsible for management of five ambulatory health clinics serving Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Pediatrics.
Erica is committed to the nursing culture of excellence, quality and patient centered care.
Courtney Hope RN BSN is new to Premise Health serving as the Health Risk Condition Management RN at the Operators’ Health Center. In this role she will be assisting patients in achieving their very best through wellness coaching and condition management. She obtained her bachelor’s degree and nursing licensure in 2012, and has worked in both clinic and corporate settings. Courtney is passionate about educating and empowering people to achieve their individualized health and wellness goals.
