Due to the current state of events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we regret to inform you that the Midwest Operating Engineers Fringe Benefit Funds Office will be temporary closed to all outside visitors, except for patients with appointments at the Operators’ Health Center and members that have appointments with the Retirement Services Group. The Retirement Services Group is only taking appointments for member that are retiring and need assistance with completing their retirement application. There are stringent protocols in place for those individuals entering the building. This decision was made for the safety and protection of our membership and our Fund Office staff as well as adhering to all of the legal mandates and guidance from the CDC.
On Monday, April 6th, the front doors to the Fund Office will be locked during our normal business hours. Please adhere to the following procedures:
During this temporary closure to all outside visitors, the phone lines will remain open and Fund Office staff will be working remotely to continue to meet the needs of our active and retired members and families. As a result, we ask that you are patient and please understand that our staff is committed to doing their best to respond to your needs.
